counter them or cry and complain about them being imbalanced.

I know which heroes/items and play styles are in the meta?”
You can be updated with the patch notes
online by reading in dota 2 reddit or the dota site itself. Or you
can also analyze the data yourself by having checking in dotabuff. You can also analyze which heroes have increased pick rate and win rate each patch
and how to itemized for free.

Another easy way is to watch PROs in
tournaments which heroes are often pick or ban and have high win
rates. You can also study the way they play, do they push right
away or split push farm etc. and you can try to copy their moves in your ranked games.

3.POSITIVE COMMUNICATION
This is a cliché but if you just
become a more positive player it instantly increases your win rate by

to add wound to the salt until they give you their MMRs willingly.

4.KNOWLEDGE IS MMR
- Be updated on patch changes in in Dota or Dota 2 reddit
- Know which hero counters who
- Know which hero works well with your teammate
- Know stack/aegis timings
- View each profile of your enemy ban their best hero if its indicated
- Know how to itemized against certain heroes
- Know your hero and your teams compositions timing
- Know when to farm, know when to fight, know when to push.
Also note that these things changes every patch so stay updated!
5.STAY HYDRATED
- Don’t compromise your health in playing and grinding out MMR for too long.
- Your physical and mental health has a direct effect on your MMR.
- If you lose you have the tendency to play again and again to gain back their lose MMR in a day and have these streaks of loses and have “RED DAYS” on their profiles.
- Accept the fact you are TILTED and take a break!

constantly drink water during or after each game.
